2nd marriage for both of us
Met thru Patrick’s sister who I was friends with.
Mandy lived in Cairns, Patrick lived in Townsville,
a 4 hr drive Commuted every month
to see each other for a weekend.
We did this for 4 years.
It was a natural attraction,
we have similar interests and closely aligned morals.
Mandy moved to Townsville 2016 to Patrick’s home …
and the rest is history, as they say…

becomes well worth the apparent hardships we face

After experiencing the disappointing annoyance of realizing
that what we thought was a good thing…
wasn’t so.
But this also gives us the appreciation for a truly good thing
when life finally manifests the truly good thing
of delivering our Soulmate.
Transcending the long drive from Cairns to Townsville
Must have been one of the first tests of True Love.
I could imagine speeding along faster & faster
with the anticipation of that long-awaited embrace.
Hopefully you didn’t get too many speeding tickets ///
or hit a ‘rue’
