A “3rd Times a Charm” Luv Story

Maui Beaches are for Lovers
😉

I met Jeff 19 years ago through mutual friend and hung out often,
later in life we connected again briefly but lost contact again
and three times a charm like the universe was bringing us back together
we found each other almost 3 years ago and we have been inseparable ever since.

The difference this time around and what has bonded us for life is the fact
we have matured and know what we want.
We are each other’s best friend, lover and absolute heart and soul to each other.
We are stronger, happier and more in love with each other than being apart
and can accomplish anything as we walk in this life together.

We have had our trials and tribulations obviously as all couples,
but as we have matured and grown and with life issues that has affected us as
my mum passing this year and his dad being terminally ill which helps us
understand and realize as long as we hold each other up,
are each other’s shoulder to cry on
and walk hand in hand we can overcome the obstacles and pain we go through,
together.
I feel like we, in itself, are our own love story but I know it is not perfect
as we strive to be better communicators, be sensitive to each other’s feeling,
not be selfish.
We go into this next chapter which is so exciting it gives me butterflies
as I even write this
but know will have a lifetime of friendship, unconditional love and a fulfilling purpose
as we stand side by side.

Professional goals always to continue to learn and grow as well as
support my future husband in making sure all of his dreams come true

A “3rd Times a Charm” Luv Story Blessing

There is a Divine Synchronicity in all that “Is”.
And there is heaps of common sense in what Enlightened Sages state:
Everything that has happed… Had to.
It is obvious that whatever it was that has happened
can never become…
‘unhappened’.
But,
The future has infinite potential.
So,

19 years ago, there was a ‘spark’…
The Divinity in that ‘spark’ had infinite potential to carry its vibe along
for over 7 years when fate brings you together again.

The Wisdoms we gain from the school of hard knocks from our ups & downs…
Helps us to know ourselves better and realize not just what we want,
but what we need and how to let it happen.

At the core of conflicts, is confusion.
The antidote of confusion is communication.
This Wisdom you too have in common.

Your goals to be more & more less selfish,
and mindful of the other’s perspective,
are the core practices of all Spiritual traditions…
Humble thy ego and be mindful of all others.
So, in your own way,
you have created a Natural Spiritual practice that brings you
Complete-ness and fulfillment of your Being.

You have created for yourself the safe haven of True Love.
An indestructible cradle of Love that will forevermore bestow
Wider Wisdoms, Deeper Insights and Greater Freedoms
to grow individually and together as the transcended energy
of both your loves inseparably at one with each other.

This ultimate Love has no substance on its own,
It can’t be weighed, packaged and mailed to your true love.
Being that True Love has no substance,
It can’t be affected by materialist things.

our ‘Soulmate love’ is not affected by a sunny or rainy day,
Or
if the boss was cranky, or your team lost, the car got a dent or worse…

Love transcends all the pain and suffering that is along all paths.

The same is true with ‘happiness & joy’.
Don’t allow material issues to harsh your ‘happiness & joy’.

There is no permanence in the challenges of material things
With just patients, all challenges will pass.

You are both now entering a new chapter… the chapter called:
Living Happily Ever After

The Start of 2020

Our business was doing great, but we still couldn’t afford to buy a house or a condo. Renting in Maui for another 30 years was not an option we wanted to take. Then, Bobbie Jo suggested we buy a sailboat that is comfortable to cruise and live in. By the end of January, we started looking for our new home.

After a long search, we found our dream boat in Mazatlan, Mexico. COVID-19 was not yet a concern when our boat hunt began, but masks were starting to appear at airports by the time we flew to Mazatlan. Originally, we had planned to get the boat ready as fast as possible to cover a full calendar for the busy wedding season. However, it was apparent our business was going to tank amid the pandemic, and the struggle went on until the end of the year.

Luckily, we scored an awesome condo for only $19 a day at Mazatlan. On the 10th day of our stay, we received the news that all harbors will be closed the next Monday morning. We thought we’d be stuck in Mexico longer, but another sailor advised us to leave before sunrise.

We felt the adrenalin of escaping the Mexican harbor master just before the sun rose that faithful day. The seas were rough as waves were building up in the tight channel that led us to the open ocean. We ended up anchored off an adorable little isle just a mile offshore. We enjoyed cruising to many spectacular anchorages and cute villages on our way to Puerto Vallarta, where we would depart for Maui on May 7. On May 30, 2020, we completed our 24-day passage from Mexico to Maui.
