It was late in the year 1992 when she walked through the door
our eyes meet and we have been in love ever since.
She remembers thinking wow there is something special about
that guy.
I remember seeing a young bright beautiful girl and saying…
she is the one.
I remember to this day what she wore and
the confidence she carried
when she entered my life.
She still remembers me sitting in a chair and
as we turned our heads
the look, we had given each other
with the smile we had exchanged.
It took almost two years of being friends spending time and ultimately
falling in love and we have been best friends since.
Little did she know that I fell for her that day,
I followed her everywhere and always wanted to be with her.
Little did he know from the first time our eyes had met
the soul connection I felt between us and wanted to be around him,
be with him.
Being with each other is our escape from the world, it makes us feel whole,
and it is always an amazing time and full of fun with so many incredible memories
we have shared throughout this journey with each other.
Here we are 26 years later,
24 years of loving and being friends,
20 years of marriage and two delightfully amazing children.
Over this time,
we have managed through many struggles and disagreements
and near-death experiences, and yet
we have overcome and stand at each other’s side.
We both still feel that chemistry that bonds us together.
The electricity when we kiss.
The magnetism when we touch.
We know in our hearts that
we will overcome anything with each other
with the love we share, as we feel
all the crooks and pieces of each other
come together like the pieces of a puzzle, our map, we just fit.
The hopes and dreams we have for our futures will be realized.
As we look ahead to the many adventures ahead of us.
We say to each other every day, I LOVE YOU MORE,
because we love each other more today than yesterday
and will love you more tomorrow…

When their eyes first met in 1992 there was a Soulmate attraction.
Our inner Spirit has a way to keep us on the focus of love…
While offering the security of patience of building the bonds of friendship…
Soulmates have an enduring affection
that runs much deeper than just a physical attraction…
and yet
the physical attraction is nothing less than a tantric Spiritual experience!
The world is, by its nature, full of challenges, pain and suffering…
To find a refuge in each other’s hearts, souls and embrace… is
Divine Grace.
Life is perfect, despite its imperfections.
There is Grace in both the ups and downs we face.
If we had no challenges in this life… We’d have halos and wings,
or
be floating above our meditation mat like Enlightened Buddhas.
But in order to Transcend to Heaven or Nirvana…
We need those pesky lessons that we learn from the hard knocks of life.
And nothing teaches us humbleness, gratitude and a positive perspective of life
better than a good ‘ol near death experience

… but Heaven can wait.
We can do a lot of Transcendence in this here life as we know it…
There are many fun and fulfilling adventures to be experienced with
the Wisdoms already gained from the depths of our life’s experience so far.
May you love life and all that is in it more tomorrow
and exponentially more each day.
